Reporting a bug

If a MIDI file won't play or something looks wrong, please include: your browser and version (for example Chrome 131 or Safari 18), your operating system, roughly what you did before the problem appeared, and what you expected to happen instead. You don't need to attach the MIDI file itself — remember, the site couldn't receive it even if you wanted it to — but if you own the file and choose to share it, it can help us reproduce the issue.

Feedback & requests

Feature ideas, theme suggestions, and "I used MidiGlow for…" stories are all welcome. MidiGlow's roadmap is driven by real usage, so hearing how you use the tool genuinely shapes what gets built next.

A note on privacy

Anything you email us is your choice — the website itself collects nothing. See the privacy policy for how the tool treats your files (short version: they never leave your browser).
